GLOVESTAR
CIBRA’s model GLOVESTAR is dedicated to the manufacture of wrist length gloves.
The machine includes all features that are nowadays requested for a fast and effective production of high quality gloves in LDPE, HDPE, EVA – EBA – EMA copolymers, and Mater-bi film.
The machine works at 24 cycles per minute. Each cycle makes 3 gloves, so that output reaches 72 gloves per minute, that is, 4300 gloves per hour.
Film is quickly advanced under the sealing head where the seal is performed immediately by a die made on Cibra’s own technology. The conveyor belt carries gloves and waste out of the sealing station and under the pick-up unit synchronized with the sealing station.

The pick-ip unit was especially developed by Cibra’s engineers to handle the gloves very quickly and precisely, and to stack them in perfect piles.
Gloves are stacked on cold pins in batches of 25 or 50 pieces. Waste is automatically removed.
When the pre-set quantity is reached, the support on which gloves are stacked turns toward the outside so that a worker can collect the gloves while the machine goes on producing without interruptions, stacking gloves on another set of pin on the back of the same unit.
The quality of the seal is always excellent thanks to the peel-off movement of the pick- up device, that avoids abrupt detachment of the gloves from the conveyor belt or from the waste. Such abrupt movements would affect the perfection of the seal.
